I’ve been dying to make a healthy cookie dough for some time now. I love cookie dough and could eat it all day every day. That doesn’t really line up with my health and fitness goals, so I looked for an alternative. These were absolutely perfect! I was also inspired by the crust of my No Bake Peanut Butter Pie for the slight alterations to the original recipe for the base of the cookie dough bites. Mmmm.. Mmmm! They are so yummy!
