No-Cook Chocolate Coconut Balls


Satisfy your sweet tooth with great tasting and energizing chocolate coconut balls.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips (Lily’s Non-GMO variety)
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Dash of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Measure out coconut oil and put in a bowl, you want it to melt so it is easier to mix in with the rest of the ingredients, I let ours sit by our heater for 30 minutes and that seemed to do the trick

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

Making sure hands are clean roll into balls

Place on tray and pop in the fridge until hardened
