Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups


These simple treats only have two ingredients, and are perfect for Halloween! 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag Lily’s Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips
  • Organic peanut butter
  • Pumpkin silicone mold

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt half the chocolate chips in a double boiler over gently simmering (not boiling) water. Stir chips constantly until melted.

Pour a rounded Tbsp into each mold (depending on size).

Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then top with a layer of peanut butter.

Melt remaining chocolate and pour overtop.

Refrigerate for another 30 minutes, until firm and ready to eat!
